Celeste: Chalybei Islands
Location: Chalybei Territory is a group of tropical islands off the southeast corner of Terumisia. The capital of the Chalybei Islands territory is Cerussamini.
Weather: Weather here is generally warm and moist. It rains occasionally in summer with temperatures reaching 102° F. Winter is a season of heavy rain, rarely getting cooler than 40° F. Spring and fall are the driest seasons.

The Chalybei Islands are the second mining center of Terumisia (the mountains being the first). Miners in Terumisia do things differently from those in Hazaard (human world). Local elemental tribes (see tribes in encyclopedia) can "call" metals to the surface, which crawl upward like so many partially disjointed worms. The metal elemental tribes can form anything out of metal without having to melt it first (kind of like that guy on x-men except one tribe can only do one type of metal).
