Celeste: Fulmena
The Stormy High Desert
Fulmena is located on the eastern half of Kumell. Weather here is the same as Aeolia, just a little drier.
Fulmena is home to some of the most (literally) electrifying creatures and vegitation in Celeste. There are plants that will administer a light shock to anything that tries to eat it, snakes that paralyze their prey with their electrified tails and even thunderbirds, but the most notable creature is the Granfeil Koutor or thunderous tiger the largest species of feline (and one of the few truly sentient) in all of Celeste.
The capital of Fulmena is Raigaku, a city of towers on a mountain. The governer lives in a tallest metal tower at the mountain's peak.
