Location: Merisul is on the continent of Mai'on. It's everything west of the Mai'on River and south of the Alterre Mountains.

The capital of Meriusul is Virilucus, an entire grove grown together into a city, the tree tops rising high above the surrounding forest like a green mushroom.
Weather: Meriusul is usually wet nearly year round allowing for the massive trees that grow there. It snows heavily in winter temperatures dipping as low as 20° F. Spring is mild and dry. Summer has rather violent weather with temperatures reaching 100° F, until it settles into the nearly nonstop rain of fall. There is usually one dry week before the snow starts.
